The following is a answer to a post I made to the Reason Project by Sam Harris. I don't know if the response came from him, but at least one other person at the site posted it to me. I asked them about the Historicity of Jesus and documentation of it outside Christianity. This is the response;

This is absolutely untrue and complete propaganda or ignorance or both.

very few outside sources for a historical Jesus, and even the ones that there are, are basically hearsay references.
