North Dakota Catholic Bishops Issue List of Charities Not to Support

Bishop Samuel Aquila of Fargo and Bishop Paul Zipfel of Bismarck have issued a joint document called "Guidelines on Charitable Giving". They warn Catholics against giving or working with the March of Dimes, UNICEF, Susan G. Komen for the Cure or Crop Walk, besides Planned Parenthood because of association with birth control, stem cell research and abortion. They said the list is not intended as dogma or as a boycott against any non-Catholic organization. It sounds like a "Fatwa" to me. Thou shall not give to the heathen, sinners and unclean; is more really what they are saying. Not to give to organizations that want to feed people, find cures for terrible diseases like breast cancer etc. is an ideological fatwa of a religious branch, just because they don't follow the Pope' dictates. They, the Catholic church wants to kill indirectly the unblessed, unclean and nonbelievers. They show their true colors.
