A new organization has been formed to combat the woo in medicine. It is called the Institute for Science in Medicine. It is made up of a Who's Who of skeptics and doctors and nurses whose mission is to keep science in medicine. That means fighting legislation to institutionalize CAM and have the new health care reform pay for things like prayer, homeopathy, acupuncture etc. I will have in the other interesting sites a link to this new and important organization. If we don't fight the ones like Senator Harkin and others our health care will be very expensive and pay for nothing but worthless treatments. So please visit the site and support them.
